Concept 1 - Honey Packaging - Solution:- soft plastic for the collapsible press and the package to retain original form. Perhaps the use of polypropylene or TPR for this design. The soft folding plastic that could be easier to squeeze and press, so to dispense the content, maybe a solution for existing tough plastic that will tire and create stress for arthritis user.
Concept 2 - Laundry softener - Solution:- standing dispenser with removable cup. The container can sat on a reachable table top, near the washing machine. Just press the button with your palm at the top to dispense the liquid into the attached plastic cup. Just remove the cup and dip the solution into the washing machine. The cup is light and should be free of frustration. The solution does not need arthritis user to tip the whole container to dispense its content, as with existing brands.
Concept 3 - Insect spray - Solution:- a spherical form at the top of the can, and trigger button on the lateral front of the can. The spherical seems to be a more natural shape for the hand grip, testing with a stress ball seems comfortable for the grip. Existing triggers at the top can put stress on the finger of the user, because of the flex. Trigger placed at the front seems more natural for the index finger and a more comfortable press force for the finger(s).
