The lock on the inside cannot be reached by a child's (short) finger(s). The distance of the lock from the edge is 50mm. Children under the age of five have ssmaller finger dimension which can be shorter than 50mm. To unlock it requires pulling effort instead of pushing, because a pushing mechanism would allow a child to use a tool to poke the lock.

Also the box shape is really nice to see.Those details you put on looks really good too. However i think the case is too big to carry the medicines.
I love your packaging design and how you make it obvious for adult and at the same time it's indeed child resistant. I agree with Kim, maybe for improvement, you can make the size a bit smaller to make it more convenient for people. :) Welldone anthony!

I like your packaging concept, i think the concept is smart in terms of the child resistant thing. for improvement i would suggest to work on the size because looking at the model it seems the space for the finger are almost take 30-50% space on the whole packaging. maybe if you can reduce the space for the finger you can have more space in storing the medicine. otherwise good job antony :)
i really like the idea of your concept and will definately make it harder for children to open it. however, i do think that its too bulky
